Do I need a prescription?
No. A pessary is an FDA Class II device. We strongly recommend initial sizing be done by a qualified provider.
What's the difference between With Support and Without Support?
The with-support ring has an integrated membrane for additional bladder neck support, preferred for patients with cystocele or SUI. The without-support ring is the standard first-line ring for prolapse alone.
How do I know which size to order?
See the size chart at the top of this page. Most patients fit sizes 3–5 (64–76 mm). If you're between sizes, order the 3-size right-size pack.
How big is a size 4 ring pessary with support?
A size 4 ring pessary with support is 70 mm (2¾ inches) across. Size 3 is 64 mm (2½ inches) and size 5 is 76 mm (3 inches). Sizes match across US brands, so if your doctor gave you a size 4, order size 4. Sizes 0–7 are $49.99 and size 8 is $99.99.

The with-support design generally cannot be worn during intercourse. The without-support open ring CAN be worn during intercourse for most patients.

What if it doesn't fit?
Contact us within 30 days and we will exchange the sealed, unopened pack for the right size. We email you a prepaid return label, so the exchange ships back free. If you would rather have a refund, you can return the sealed, unopened pack within 30 days (return postage is paid by you). Opened pessaries cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.

I started with the size 4 as recommended by the person at Scimed I chatted with. It definitely helped , I felt it may have been too big in diameter so I’m now using the size 2 which I definitely still working wonders for my prolapse issue. Great product id recommend it !!
My old pessary was so difficult to fold before inserting and especially with some arthritis in my thumbs although I managed to do it my hand hurt afterwards and the pessary I purchased from you is so much more flexible and easier to insert because of that so I can’t thank you enough
