Do I need a prescription?
No. A pessary is an FDA Class II device. We strongly recommend initial sizing be done by a qualified provider.
What's the difference between With Support and Without Support?
The with support ring has an integrated membrane for additional bladder neck support — preferred for patients with cystocele or SUI. The without-support ring is the standard first-line ring for prolapse alone.
How do I know which size to order?
See the size chart at the top of this page. Most patients fit sizes 3–5 (64–76 mm). If you're between sizes, order the 3-size right-size pack.

Do I need a Storage Case?

I started with the size 4 as recommended by the person at Scimed I chatted with. It definitely helped , I felt it may have been too big in diameter so I’m now using the size 2 which I definitely still working wonders for my prolapse issue. Great product id recommend it !!

Really helps, however the size 2 is too big so I have ordered from you 2 of the size 1 pessaries. Haven't received them yet. I only wear the one I have when I leave my house.Works well, there is a learning curve, so don't give up working with yours
