Are these prices firm?
Tiered prices are firm at the published volumes. For 500+ units, GPO contracts, or multi-year commitments, we negotiate custom terms.
Can I mix SKUs across the pessary family?
Yes. Volume tier is calculated on total annual units across all ring pessary SKUs (with/without support, all sizes, knobbed, pink). Combo packs and fitting kits count by unit, not by pack.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all major markets. International shipping rates are calculated at quote time. Customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
What about HSA / FSA for individual buyers?
Individual buyers can pay with HSA/FSA cards on the standard product pages — the SciMed Ring Pessary qualifies under HCPCS code A4561. This page is for clinic, hospital, and distributor volume orders.
