How does the right-size guarantee refund work?
Buy the Fitting Pack for $129.99 (3 sterilized pouches, your chosen size combo). Compare sizes in-hand through the sealed pouches. Open only the ONE size you want to try. Send back the 2 UNOPENED pouches (factory sterile seal never broken) within 30 days. We refund $80.00 to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receipt. Your net cost = $49.99, same as a single pessary. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
What counts as "sealed and unused" for the refund?
Each pessary ships in an individual factory-sterilized pouch. "Sealed" = that specific pouch has never been opened. If you removed the pessary from its sterile pouch — even briefly — that specific pessary is not returnable for infection-control reasons. The pouches you're returning must be in the same condition SciMed shipped them in.
Can I keep all 3 pessaries instead of returning 2?
Yes. If you'd rather keep all 3 as spares / future replacement stock, just don't return anything. The $129.99 charge stands (still 13% below buying 3 singles at $49.99 each). Some patients keep all 3 for HSA/FSA maximization or as replacement inventory over 2-4 years of use.
How is the Fitting Pack different from the 2-size combo pack?
The 2-size combo (from $89.99) is for patients certain between two specific sizes. The 3-size Fitting Pack ($129.99) is for less certain fits, telemedicine fittings, or first-time buyers who want the right-size guarantee refund option.
Are all 3 pessaries new?
Yes — factory-sealed in individual sterilized pouches, size and lot marked, current expiry.
Is the Storage Case included?
No. The Pessary Storage Case is an optional $9.99 add-on when purchased with any pessary, or $19.99 standalone.
