How pessary sizing works
Ring pessaries are sized by diameter. SciMed silicone ring pessaries come in sizes 0 to 10, the right size is the largest one that sits comfortably and stays in place. Size 4 and 5 are the most commonly fitted sizes, but the only reliable way to know your size is a fitting by a clinician, or a home trial with a fitting pack.
