Does this fit other slit lamps besides SciMed?
Standard slit lamp objective thread. Should fit most 3-Step + 2-Step Haag-Streit-type slit lamps (Reichert Xcel, generic Chinese slit lamps, SciMed 3-Step). Not compatible with Zeiss SL 130 or Topcon SL-D701 (proprietary Zeiss/Topcon threads). Email us your slit lamp model to confirm before ordering.
Do I need to recalibrate after swap?
No — objectives are optically independent of the slit lamp body. Direct swap in 30 seconds. Magnification scale on the changer wheel remains accurate (magnification is objective-lens-independent for slit lamps).
What magnification with 300mm objective?
Same magnification (5x/10x/20x with 15x eyepieces = 15x/30x/60x total) as the standard 200mm objective. Only working distance changes — from 200mm to 300mm. Field of view slightly larger at each mag step.
