Mechanical endothelial punch for donor corneal button preparation from the endothelial side of the corneoscleral rim, the essential tool for DSAEK / DSEK / DMEK endothelial keratoplasty corneal transplant surgery. Universal design accepts any trephine 6-11 mm diameter, precentered mechanism auto-aligns trephine and teflon block for all trephine sizes, spring recoil auto-retracts trephine after cut.
