Manual 100-hole capsule filling machine in 304-grade stainless steel with capsule orienter. Bench-top design suitable for R&D batches, nutraceutical production, and small-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing. Fills hard gelatin, HPMC, and vegetarian capsules in sizes 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 with interchangeable size-change parts. Output up to 2,500 capsules per hour.

How to use

1. Load empty capsules onto the loading tray and place tray on the machine. Set front knob to right.
2. Pull the locking lever forward; push down the long handle to lift caps off all capsule bodies. Set the cap tray aside.
3. Push the locking lever back — capsule bodies drop level with the filling surface.
4. Place the powder tray on the filler. Pour and spread pre-measured powder. Move excess powder onto the powder tray’s shelf.
5. Lower the tamper, lock, and turn the handle to compress powder. Spread additional powder for uniform fill weight.
6. Return the cap tray. Turn the front knob left and lower the locking plate. Engage the lock.
7. Hold the tamper handle and push down the long handle — bodies are pushed up into caps, locking all 100 capsules in one step.
8. Disengage the lock, lift the locking plate, turn the front knob right, push down the long handle, and remove the tray of completed capsules.
