SciMed Wireless Binocular Indirect — $499.99 $799.99

Same wide-field stereoscopic retinal exam, same FDA 510(k) class, same patient IR/UV filters — at 1/7th the price. The go-to choice for residency programs, mobile / outreach clinics, ROP NICU screening, and community health centers where the $3,000 premium for the Keeler brand isn't budget-justifiable.

The math: A 10-resident program saves $30,000 buying 10× SciMed vs 10× Keeler. Same clinical outcome.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a genuine Keeler unit?

Yes — SciMed is an authorized US Keeler reseller. Every unit ships with original Keeler serial number, original packaging, and the full 5-year manufacturer warranty registered to your practice.

What condensing lens do I need?

20D is the standard general-use lens. 28D gives a wider field (useful for peripheral retina exam and pediatric ROP screening). 15D or 30D are less common. See our aspheric lens pack for 20D + 28D bundled with 78D + 90D slit-lamp lenses.

How long does the battery last?

Approximately 3 hours of continuous exam use per charge. Two batteries ship with the unit so one can charge while the other is in use — enough for a full clinic day without downtime.

Does it work with an AC transformer if the battery dies?

Yes — the transformer allows corded operation as a backup. Recommended for teaching sessions where multiple residents are trying the unit.

Do you accept clinic and hospital purchase orders?

Yes. Net-30 terms available for verified US clinics, hospitals, academic medical centers, and federal facilities. Email a PO to sales@scimedstore.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — DDP shipping via DHL Express to GCC, MENA, UK, EU, AU/NZ. Contact us for a full landed-cost quote before ordering.
