Are tips included?
No. Tips are sold separately so you can match tip volume to your workflow. See our 10 mL tips and 5 mL tips, plus standard 200 µL and 1000 µL tips in the tips collection.
Is the pipette calibrated at shipment?
Yes. Each unit is factory-calibrated to ISO 8655 tolerances. For critical work, recalibrate against your lab's reference balance every 6-12 months.
Can I autoclave the whole pipette?
Yes — this model is fully autoclavable. Standard cycle: 121 °C, 15 psi, 10-15 minutes. Allow to fully cool + dry before use.
Do you have multi-channel pipettes?
Not currently listed on the site. Email us if you need 8- or 12-channel — we can source them.
What's the warranty?
1-year manufacturer warranty on the pipette body and mechanism. Damaged-in-shipping units are replaced free.
